Get down to the earth.  Embrace the earth.  Floor movements to enable flexibility and strength.

Stretches and floor movements.  Get down to earth.

Focus on your centre (lower abdomen).  Feel the blood flow.

​

Use the breath to get the blood and warmth to flow through your body.  Don't bounce or push with the muscles.  The breath is a powerful force. Remember breath through your mouth only and breath from your lower abdomen and not your lungs.
